Hi there! I’m Hannah, the artist behind Drift Art Studio. I make every item myself using high-quality materials.

Drift Art Studio began as an outlet for the creativity I am unable to keep contained. I strive to make high-quality works of art that are all one of a kind and inspired by nature.

Other than art, my passions lie in the outdoors. I work for the Natural Areas Department in Fort Collins on a team that focuses on habitat improvement projects, restoration, and species monitoring. I am lucky to be involved in such meaningful work that I love. In my free time I love to garden, go fly fishing, hiking, and to local breweries.

Do you have a physical location?

Drift Art Studio is an online shop, based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Though I do not have a physical location, I display my work at local businesses and participate in markets each year.

How long until my order is shipped?

All orders, excluding custom orders, will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date.

Shipping times depend on the shipping carrier and shipping options selected by the customer at checkout. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, Drift Art Studio cannot control delays in shipping due to busy shipping seasons or other unforeseen delays.

Can I order a custom item?

I would love to make a custom item for you! This includes wall hangings, plant hangers, coasters, bags, and much more. To inquire about a custom order, please email driftartstudio@gmail.com with following information:

  • Your name/contact information

  • Idea for Custom Order/Pictures of Inspiration

  • Size & Color

  • Date you need the item by

  • Optional but helpful: Photos of the room/area where the item will be going

Custom product inquiries will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee the item will be made for you.

Once the request is reviewed and accepted, I will give you an estimate for the item, including a project timeframe. For all custom orders over $100, half of the total price will be due before beginning the project to cover material expenses. Full payment is required upon completion of the project, before delivery.

Please note, due to the time commitment and material cost of custom orders, returns are not accepted for custom orders.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with price tags intact to receive a refund

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns. The delivery cost of shipping will not be included in the refund, only the total of the items being returned plus tax.

  • If your item was damaged during shipping, the item can be returned for a refund

TO BEGIN A RETURN:

Email driftartstudio@gmail.com to begin a return. Please include your contact information, purchase date and item, and the reason for return. I will respond within 2-3 business days with next steps and any additional information. If the return is approved, I will provide a return address. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping and to return the package within 30 days of the original purchase date.
